...Responsible Pet Care Mission Statement
Welcome to RPC
Responsible Pet Care of Oxford Hills provides a safe and comfortable environment for dogs and cats from Oxford County, Maine
that have become lost or have been abandonded.
Responsible Pet Care is a no-kill, non-profit shelter.
All of the cats and kittens in our care need permanent homes and are available
for adoption. Many of the dogs will be reunited with their owners; but some will require new homes.
Whether you are looking for your lost pet or you want a companion, make Responsible Pet Care the first place you visit.
Jack is a big dog in a little package. He's an energetic Jack Russell that loves to play with tennis balls. He will automatically
sit pretty when he is shown a tennis ball. He is nine years old and full of love and spirit. He would love to be the center of attention in his new home.
Jean is the self-proclaimed queen of the Community Room at RPC. It's her job to check out the new comers.
She recently lost her person and misses the bond they had. She is a people-pleaser. Four year old Jean will be the alpha gal in a household with other cats. She will quickly become the
top cat in her new person's heart.
